Andrew has over 15 years of criminal defense experience. He presents individuals charged with such common criminal misdemeanors as driving under the influence (“DUI”), Boating under the Influence, reckless driving, assault, drug-related charges, theft charges, domestic violence, minor marijuana possession, traffic tickets, including speeding, and other criminal offenses. He is a former Prosecuting Attorney and Judge Pro Tem. Andrew strives to not only win his cases but also guide his clients through the legal process. He will take the time to explain and guide his clients through the criminal law procedure.

Background

Andrew (born in Seattle, Washington) started his career as a prosecuting attorney then worked as an associate for Bennett Raney Moran and Gianeschi in Kitsap County. In 2001, he started The Law Office of Andrew Charles Huff. He attended Washington State University and graduated from Willamette University College of Law in 1997, where he won numerous trial awards and was admitted to the prestigious Order of Barristers.
